Finding the right applicant with the best "fit" for a position is the important task of the interviewer. This brief training session for the busy professional introduces the novice to the basic do's and don'ts of interviewing. Upon completion, you should be able to:

Create a positive environment for the interviewee
Discriminate between legal and illegal interview questions
Identify the characteristics of a good interview
