It is very easy to use. Many teachers are using it as a vehicle for students to share their works, document their learning, and sell themselves to employers. Many educators are using to to tell their stories to future and current students. But, the number one purpose is to get a job.

This can be a great way to set you apart from the average person. An average person might do the minimum they think is required to apply for a job. The person that excels might do many things like this, networking, sight visits, tours, associations and all the other stuff that could set you apart.
