NTI is committed to excellence in curriculum, staffing, equipment, and service to its students, graduates, and industry. We are committed to a “hands-on” approach to reinforce the theory taught in the classroom and to provide the students with practical experience in the use of “real-world” equipment. The curriculum and equipment are frequently updated to adjust to the changing needs of industry.

With that in mind, NTI strives to meet these demands in its teaching and curriculum. By preparing our gradates in this manner, they are able to be placed in their field of study and they have the tools to be promoted.

Our Mission

To be the pre-eminent institution of higher learning in the training of high school graduates for a career in Product Design & Engineering Technology or Architectural Building Technology at the Associate Degree level. This training will be conducted in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area to meet the needs of industry in that area. This mission will be accomplished by exceeding the expectations of NTI students, NTI graduates, and industry.
