Although NTI does not guarantee jobs, we make every effort to assist both current students and graduates in finding suitable employment. With NTI’s class hours, many students obtain part-time CAD positions while still in school. This allows them to gain valuable experience in their chosen fields. Many of these jobs evolve into full-time employment at graduation.

• Students attend classes that teach the skills necessary to conduct a successful job search.
• Students receive individual assistance preparing for job interviews and finding potential employers (local and national).
• One-third of students obtain part-time CAD positions while in school ($12-17/hr for 15-24 hr/wk), some as early as their first semester. Nearly all part-time drafting positions filled by 4th semester students become full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Starting Salary History

Starting salaries currently average $37,000 for Architecture and $38,500 for engineering graduates (as reported by NTI alumni).
